Refund Policy for Network Travels Limited

Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled by Network Travels Limited (“NTL”).

Refund Eligibility
Most tickets are non-refundable or only partially refundable. Any refund is subject to the fare rules, terms and conditions, and policies of the relevant airline, hotel, or other third-party supplier (“Principal”).

NTL charges a refund processing fee, and the Principal may also charge additional refund or cancellation fees.

Some air tickets are completely non-refundable under airline fare rules. In those cases, cancellations for any reason, including illness, death in the family, strikes, wars, weather, natural disasters, airline default, or government travel warnings, may not entitle you to any refund. Where a ticket is refundable, cancellation penalties may still apply in accordance with the airline’s rules.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance at the same time as your tickets so that you are covered for cancellation, interruption, illness, injury, or other unforeseen events.

Refund Process
Once we have confirmed the amount, if any, that may be refunded, we will submit the refund request to the relevant airline, hotel, or supplier on your behalf.

Refunds are paid by the Principal to NTL, and NTL will refund you once the funds have been received.

Refund Processing Times
Refund processing times vary by supplier.

Airline refunds can take between 4 to 8 weeks in standard cases, but may take 6 months to a year or longer in some situations.

Hotel refunds usually take approximately 2 weeks, depending on the supplier’s policy and processing time.

Important Note
Refunds are always subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the airline, hotel, or supplier.
